Lateral structures executed in Freijó solid wood, good performance in the lightness and stiffness relationship, chosen by Santos Dumont for use in its airplanes. Back and seat in aluminum plate (thickness 5mm) are machined in CNC digital press for greater standardization, precision and control. They are fixed to the wooden frame with M5 Allen screws in inserts embedded in the wood. The aluminum gives greater lightness and comfort, its thickness guarantees the locking of the whole set. The wood receives colorless frosted maritime varnish to preserve the natural look and texture of the wood.

Aluminum receives electrostatic paint in various colors.
